Are all products Australian made?
Absolutely! Our Australian manufacturing heritage goes back 3 generations with the 4th starting to get involved. We are proud to be a part of a strong, local manufacturing industry.
Do you offer bulk qty discounts?
We have tried our best to price our products fairly so that they are commercially viable for us whilst being affordable for you.
For larger orders of 20 + units we will offer a reduced cost. Please contact us for further information.
If you are buying commercial quantities such as a fire vehicle builder please feel free to contact us to discuss pricing.
Can you customise the design to suit my local needs?
We can if there is a commercially viable outcome for us. For example, we have modified the original Onekey design to suit various state fire services to use as standard issued equipment. We cannot modify small quantities to suit individual needs. Please contact us for further information.

Of course! All Draffin Brothers products are the result of listening to peoples ideas. Especially when the ideas come from the end user. Not all ideas can be realised, but if they can , we are more than happy to work with you.
Can you ship outside of Australia?
Yes. We are happy to ship over seas. Whilst our tools are designed for local Australian conditions, many other countries share similar hardware such as Storz hose couplings. Please feel free to contact us to discuss futher.
